Tastes with Ty - Butternut Squash

I am excited to share this quick and easy recipe with you.

-1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
-1/2 of a cubed butternut squash or about 2 cups
-1/2 an diced onion or 3/4 of a cup
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tsp of oregano
-salt & pepper to taste

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil (make sure it is enough to cover your butternut squash).  Add the butternut squash to boiling water and let boil for 5-7 minutes (just long enough to soften the squash but not enough to turn it to mush).  Right after boiling I drained them and set them aside to move on to the next step.
Add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to a sautéing pan at medium heat, and let in heat up for a moment.
Add your onion to the hot coconut oil and sauté to onion until they are slightly translucent.
Next add the drained butternut squash in the same pan with the onions and sauté together.
Pour lemon juice over butternut squash and onion, then add the salt, pepper, and oregano.  
Now all you need to do is plate it up and enjoy!
